This is a cash only sale-personal checks are accepted IF we know you. That means we are not able to accept credit or debit cards.
Please bring someone to help you with large items. We are not able to help move large items.
This is a two story house. Please be careful going up and down stairs. We are not responsible for accidents

Children are very welcome at this sale. The children of today are the shoppers of tomorrow, and we do not want to discourage them.
Please note-Thursday's hours are from 4-7 PM. If you get here at 10AM on Thursday, you might have a long wait.
Numbers will be given out one hour before the doors open.

50% off Sunday. Help us empty the house.   Please remember, this is a cash only sale.  We will hold things for an hour in order to give you time to head to the nearest ATM.  It's about 5 minutes away.  

So, here are some hints about shopping.

1) If you like nice,  well built furniture and kitchen ware, stay upstairs.  Lots of beds, small tables, ladder back chairs, tables,  then you should stay on the ground floor.  Elegant smalls.

2)  If you are a dealer, head downstairs and turn right.  Highlights are old, collector  bottles, and a bunch of green glass.  And, since this is an estate sale, there is Christmas.

3) if you were a teenager in the 60's or 70's or have ever wanted your own hippie pad, go downstairs and turn left.  Almost, but not quite like a man cave or a she shed-  but that's what it reminds me of.  And that's where the awesome supply of books are located.  There is also a second room off the teen pad with more beds and some great older furniture.   (I may be exaggerating a bit here, but this is what comes to mind when I look at that room.)
