Cash and credit cards accepted. No checks. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Please bring help for loading large items. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. Parking allowed only on the side of the street where the sale will be held. Please do not block mailboxes or driveways. Driveway is for loading only.

This is a large Milton estate sale.
