1. Inquiries Before the Sale
Thank you for your interest! Because we price thousands of items for each estate sale, we're unable to provide pricing over the phone, by text, or through email. We invite you to attend the sale, where you'll be able to see the item in person and browse everything available.
2. Parking
Please adhere to all local parking guidelines and observe posted no-parking signs. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or park on lawns. We kindly request that you respect the neighbors and their property. Note that the main driveway is designated as a loading zone and is not available for customer parking.
3. Shopping Guidelines
Outside shopping bags are not permitted. Shopping baskets will be provided for your convenience. A 30-minute holding area is available to temporarily store items while you shop.
4. Restricted Areas
Please respect areas in the house marked as “Do Not Enter.” These spaces are reserved for employees and do not contain items for sale.
5. Item Conditions
All items are sold “as-is.” Please inspect items carefully before completing your purchase.
6. Item Availability
In rare cases, items pictured online may not be available for sale.
7. Tax Policies
State and local taxes will be applied at checkout. Customers with tax-exempt status must show a valid tax-exempt form with every purchase.
8. Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay. Personal checks and other forms of payment are not accepted. A 3% electronic processing fee will be applied to credit card and Apple Pay transactions.
9. Exclusions to Daily Discounts
As the sale progresses, discounts may be applied to items. However, items marked as “Firm” are excluded from daily discounts.
10. All Sales Final
No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
11. Moving and Transporting Items
Customers are responsible for providing their own labor to move large items. Recommendations for professional movers can be provided upon request.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Signature Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
