This Sunday (May 21, 2017) between 1:00PM to 3:00PM we will host a PREVIEW of the equipment at the Monroe, Georgia Estate Sale.

The sale will start on Thursday (May 25^th.) morning at 8:30AM. The sale will END on Friday afternoon at 4:00PM.

During the PREVIEW you will be able to make a SEALED OFFER on any of the equipment. The offers will be opened Thursday morning at 9:00AM.

Terms are CASH, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. We cannot accept checks.

Notes will be posted on each piece of equipment with the known condition. Some equipment has Georgia Titles and some will be sold with Bill of Sales only. This will be noted on each piece of equipment.

Hours are 8:30AM to 4PM each day unless different hours are posted. We close at 2PM SHARP on Saturdays.

Bring bags and boxes for your treasures …..

Bring HELP to move heavy items …. Large items will need a truck or trailer ….

Prices are NOT given out over the phone….. We do too many sales to keep up with the price of each item.

ALL items must be removed by 2:00PM on Saturday … NO EXCEPTIONS.

No presales ….. Unless the family request.

Armed Security will be on site for the sale.

Please be courteous of neighbors. Do not block driveways! 

We accept CASH, CREDIT CARDS and DEBIT CARDS … NO CHECKS …. We charge a convenience fee for credit cards.
