4) Another point I want to make is I suggest you review the pictures again on Thursday night before coming to the sale to make sure nothing has happened to something you had your heart on buying. I don’t presell unless it’s posted in the ad, but there have been times that the family pulls something, or something gets broken.

5) I can not give out prices prior to the sale. 99% of the time when I have given out prices that person doesn’t even show up at the sale or even acknowledge that I gave them the price in a text or email. This applies to everyone (friends included) going forward. Even if I wanted to give out prices I couldn’t do it accurately because I don’t bring a price list home with me, I don’t check emails during the day while I am pricing, and my memory isn’t as good as it used to be. I have had as many as 75 emails asking for prices on big sales. There is no way I can answer that many emails about every sale.

6). Please do not call my shops. The shops are totally separate businesses. They do not know prices, availability or measurements. They get the same info you get by reading this ad.

7). I hate that I am starting to sound like other estate sale companies but I now understand why other companies do what they do.

8). Everyone should have to conduct an estate sale once in their lifetime to know why we have to have all these crazy rules.
