3. ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY 1 pm of THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE. You must load on your own. NO EXCEPTIONS!

5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc.
ANY damage that we notice is on the sales tag.
