Buyer's Premium: Gleaton's Estate Sales charges and retains a buyer’s premium equal to 10% of the high bid price of the lot(s).
PICK UP/REMOVAL DATES Monday, March 20 AND Tuesday, March 21 from 10:00am to 6:00pm- Please take note this home is on a dirt road. Bring enough people and the proper equipment to help you load items.
REMOVAL ASSISTANCE All items in this auction may be picked up once Gleaton’s Estate Sales has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Gleaton’s Estate Sales. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property. Gleatons Estate Sales reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.
If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CALL US AT 770 828 6423 so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.
SHIPPING Shipping for this auction will not be provided by Gleaton’s Estate Sales. Gleatons Estate Sales will gladly facilitate shipping with third party moving/shipping companies.
