*Sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless a resale certificate can be provided at time of purchase.
*No early birds are allowed in prior to posted starting time of the sale.
*All sales are FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. It's up to you to thoroughly explore your item(s), plug it in, open, close, etc.
*All merchandise is sold AS IS.
*WE PRICE "TO SELL" FIRST DAY AND THROUGHOUT THE LENGTH OF THE SALE.
*You must arrange for the moving, loading and delivery of your items. We do have contact information available for people who will deliver.
*For insurance purposes, staff members are not allowed to carry or load items for you.
*NO PRE-SALES over the PHONE unless OTHERWISE STATED. No prices given out before the sale.
*All items must be removed prior to the end of sale.
*Please park only where designated. Please do not block driveways, roads, mailboxes or fire hydrants. The driveway of the residence is for loading of items only.
*Coordinate with a staff member prior to using driveway to load items.
*Town & Country Estate Sales, LLC is not responsible for accidents nor is the home owner. You enter at your own risk, and in doing this, we have no liability for injury to you or damage to your items. Be aware of your surroundings and observe any signs.
*We offer holding table/shelves when there is room to do so; however, we are not responsible for items that may be removed from the holding area while you are shopping. We reserve the right to ask you to pay for items in the holding area as placing an item(s) on the holding area is a commitment by you to buy item(s).
*We have the right to refuse the sale of any item due to missing price sticker, sticker swapping or an item that may have been mispriced.
*You break it, you’ve bought it.
*You are responsible for any children you bring and any damage that may be caused. Children must remain with you at ALL times.
*No pets permitted.
*No public restrooms available.
*No food or drinks allowed in the sale.
*Please be respectful to other shoppers. Anyone involved in an altercation will be asked to leave.
*Bring bags/totes/boxes/wrapping for your items at checkout. We do not provide these.
* We reserve the right to inspect all shopping bags prior to anyone exiting the sale.
*We are not responsible for any parking tickets or auto accidents incurred in "your" parking nor anywhere near the sale.
*If we SELL OUT of items before end of sale time, we will close the sale down early. No parking in the driveway. Driveway is for loading only.
