⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING

WAREHOUSE SAFETY: For safety reasons, guests must be 15 years of age or older to enter the warehouse. No children age 14 or younger will be permitted. This sale is being held inside an industrial warehouse containing large and heavy equipment, tools, sharp objects, oversized merchandise, shelving and stored materials. Please use caution, remain within designated sale areas and follow all posted safety signs and staff instructions. Do not climb on, operate or move equipment, machinery, shelving or restricted merchandise.

PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle accepted. Credit and debit cards are also accepted with a 3% processing fee. All sales are final.

PACKING: Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials for your purchases. For fragile or larger items, we recommend bringing bubble wrap, packing paper, moving blankets, etc.

LOADING: Please bring adequate help, an appropriate vehicle/trailer, straps and other equipment needed to safely load and transport your purchases. Sale staff may not be available to assist with loading.

LARGE/HEAVY ITEMS: Due to the size, weight and/or location of certain items within the warehouse, some purchases may not be available for immediate removal. Pickup may need to be scheduled for the end of the sale day Saturday or Sunday. Please do not move or attempt to retrieve large/heavy items without staff approval.

LIABILITY: Not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to personal property. Visitors enter the warehouse at their own risk and are responsible for exercising appropriate caution while on the premises.

PARKING: NO STREET PARKING. All sale visitors must park in the designated parking lot from the Highway and then walk around to the rear warehouse entrance (follow signs).

ALL SALES FINAL. Merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
