WE ASK YOU READ THIS INFORMATION SO EVERYONE CAN GET THEIR TREASURES SAFELY!

1.) PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO PARKING ATTENDANTS IN THE NEON YELLOW VESTS! This is a ONE WAY Driveway that is uphill and windey! They will tell you when to drive up/down and show you where to park! Please follow the directions they provide so that we can keep everyone safe and accident free! PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO OTHER DRIVERS AND HAVE PATIENCE! 

2.) There are HOLD SHELVES along the fence line. We provide this area as a convenience to our customers to store items while they continue to shop. THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED SOLD ON THESE SHELVES. We are NOT responsible for items removed from this shelf by another customer, but do our best to adequately provide signage that these items are considered SOLD. If you decide NOT to purchase an item PLEASE put it back inside the home! Items held for long periods are considered abandoned and will be put back inside the home by our staff.

3.) While the home is large, it is EXTENSIVELY FILLED so there maybe a limited number of people allowed inside the home at one time. We will do our best to provide you with quick and efficient service, but do ask for your patience as we allow folks to shop the sale. This is the one time being an early bird just may get you the worm! ;)

4.) In order to avoid a "MAD DASH RUSH" we will honor individuals "SOLD TICKETS" as long as the ticket placed on an item includes the individuals NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. DO NOT REMOVE OUR WHITE PRICE STICKERS!!!! ANY REMOVAL OF PRICE STICKERS WILL SUBJECT THE ITEM TO A PRICE HOLD AND THE ITEM IS SUBJECTED TO NOT BE SOLD UNTIL PRICE IS VERIFIED BY MANAGEMENT.

Take a step back into the past when you enter this home and you'll casually stroll through the little country store, through the Victorian era, and mosey your way down to the 60's... complete with shag carpeting! There are tiny treasures throughout this home and everywhere you look new treasures pop up!
