We accept major credit cards for purchases less than $200.
There will be a 3% convenience fee for all credit card purchases.
Bring help to load heavy items.
There is not a way to pull up to the house. You have to bring help to move any large items.
We will not be able to move, load or carry any items.
Remember you are in someones home so please be respectful.
Please, at all times, be mindful of neighbors' property & driveways.
All items sold "AS-IS" with NO WARRANTIES. Please inspect all items before purchasing.
NO RETURNS.
All items must be picked up before 5pm on Sunday.
We are not responsible for any accidents during the sale. Please be careful around the whole property.
Please bring your own packing material to pack your purchases.
We will take silent bids for any and all remaining items left in the home on the last day of the sale. We will call you if your bid is the winner.
