Pre-View day of auction beginning at 8 AM. The auction begins at 10 AM. All sales final. 10% buyers premium will be added to all bids if paid by cash or good check( with proper ID. )13% buyers premium will be added to all bids if paid by credit or debit cards. We will charge a 7% sales tax. If you are tax emempt, bring copy of your resale tax certificate. The auction will be outdoors so bring a lawn chair and sunscreen.Concession for lunch will be available with cold drinks.

The estate of the late Robert Cline is to be auctioned. Mrs. Cline is downsizing and can not use everything in her new home. (This lovely home has sold.) Mr. Cline was a wood worker hobbyist and has a shed full of tools that will be included in the auction.
Too much to list so be sure to come to this auction.
Please no early sales. Preview sale date begins at 8 AM.
