Theft will not be tolerated and you will be prosecuted. We do have a security system in place during our sales.
All items sold "AS-IS" with NO WARRANTIES. Please inspect all items before purchasing.
NO RETURNS.
There is a 3% convenience fee for the use of all credit cards.
Please bring help to load heavy items and all equipment. A Honey Hole Estate Sales will not be able to load or carry any items.
If you need help moving any items we have someone able to help with removal and delivery. They charge a fee.
Please ask us for that fee if you need assistance.
Remember you are in someones home so please be respectful.
Please, at all times, be mindful of neighbor's property & driveways.
All items must be picked up before 4pm on Saturday.
We are not responsible for any accidents before, during and after the sale. Please be careful around the whole property.
Please bring your own packing material to pack your purchases.
We will pre-sale any items pictured. If you are interested please contact me to set up a time to come look.
