Riverdale Estate Sale with lots of vintage household items and auto parts

CASH (or check if known by Scott or an employee). NO credit cards, debit cards.

We provide a holding area for your convenience. (Placing items in the hold area or placing a hold on a large item is a commitment to buy.) Items on hold for over one hour will be returned for sale if not claimed.

Please bring help to load heavy items. Per insurance regulations, WE DO NOT PROVIDE HELP TO MOVE OR LOAD HEAVY ITEMS!

All sales are final; no returns or exchanges. We cannot sell items before the sale. Be sure to check all of your items before going to the check out. We do not have time to check all items to be in working order prior to the sale. We may be unaware of recalls on items at the time of the sale.
Bidding on vehicles. We will take bids Thursday and Friday until closing. The high bidder will be called Friday after closing. You will have until 9:00 am Saturday to call me back if I do not reach you Friday or the next high bidder will be called. Payment must be made as soon as possible Saturday.

We are not responsible for accidents. Please remember this is someone's home- be respectful. Due to problems in the past, NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. PARENTS MUST KEEP CHILDREN WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES. PLAIN-CLOTHED SECURITY ON PROPERTY.

We are required to collect sales tax. You must bring a copy of your tax exempt certificate. If you do not have it at the time of purchase we must, by law, collect sales tax- no exceptions.
