Unless otherwise noted, there will not be assistance in moving or transporting large/heavy items. Please bring a truck and help with you.
All items are sold "as is". No refunds or returns will be accpeted. Please test all items prior to purchasing.
We may limit the amount of shoppers inside the home at any given time. First come, first served.
Please do not block driveways within the neighborhood. Be mindful of where you park.
All items must be picked up prior to the end of the estate sale. We will "hold" an item only if it has been paid for.

Get ready for the sale of a lifetime to kick-off our 2025 estate sale season. We will be out in Rockmart for consecutive sales weekends on January 17th-19th and January 24th-26th with a sale that features a full-sized three story collectors warehouse that is loaded from top to bottom with rare and sought after collectibles. A gorgeous home that sits on the property that is loaded with great finds and multiple vehicles for purchase. Below are just some of the highlights. This is one you have to see to believe.
Vintage Neon Signs and Advertising Signs – A collection that dreams are made of. Antique and vintage advertising signs and neons that date back to the early 1940’s. Collection includes neon lights, double sided lightboxes, tin wall signs and hanging retail signs.
Lionel Trains – An impressive collection of Lionel Trains that dates back to the early 1920’s featuring an incredible selection of engines, locomotives, boxcars, power supplies, tracks and accessories. This is a must see for any electric train collector with model numbers in the single, double and triple digits.
Restaurant Equipment – The warehouse features the content from buyouts of Krispy Kreme, TGI Fridays and more. Stainless stell prep table, ice/beverage dispensers, seating, bakers racks, warmers, solid brass railings, dough mixers and so much more! There is even a gorgeous 1940’s Fischman Soda Machine.
Sterling Silver – We have come across several vintage and antique sterling silver pieces including commemorative plates from the Franklin Mint, flatware sets and more!
Vehicles – There are multiple vehicles on the property for sale including a work van, mini van, SUV and even a dump truck.
Automative Parts – The first floor of the warehouse features an incredible selection of tools, machines and automotive parts that came from buyouts of closing repair centers. Transmissions, engines, shop tools and so much more. We will be posting more pictures of these items as we work our way down towards the first floor.
Tools Galore – Included on the first floor of the warehouse are multiple fork lifts, pallet jacks, hand tools, power tools, warehouse racking, air compressors and that is just for starters.
Jim Beam Collectibles – Dozens of Jim Beam decanters and vehicle collectibles from the 1960’s and 1970’s. All wrapped and kept in excellent condition.
Vinyl - Boxes and boxes of vintage vinyl records.
Outdoor Equipment – Dozens of sought after fishing rods, reels and accessories. A large inflatable lake trampoline, weights, hunting gear and everything you need to enjoy outdoor sports.
Framed Artwork – A massive selection of framed artwork with original art, prints and gorgeous frames that are from the early 1900’s.
