Welcome to our estate sale! We appreciate your business and ask that all shoppers observe the following guidelines:

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Cash, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal accepted.
Please bring help, tools, and appropriate vehicles for loading large purchases. We will NOT have anyone available to assist with moving furniture or heavy items.
Purchased items must be removed by the close of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property while attending the sale.
Please watch your step. Uneven surfaces, stairs, and tight spaces may be present.
Children are welcome but must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Shoplifting will be reported to local authorities.
Item availability is not guaranteed. Due to the nature of estate sales, items may be removed by family members prior to the sale or become unavailable.
We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers entering the home for safety and crowd control.
No public restrooms available.
Please be courteous to neighbors and avoid blocking driveways or mailboxes when parking.

Entry
A numbering system will be used on the first day of the sale. Numbers will be distributed approximately one hour before opening and honored in the order received. Please be courteous to fellow shoppers. Once all numbered shoppers have entered, the sale will be open to the general public.
