Cash preferred at this sale. Will accept checks with proper identification. All Sales are final. Park on one side of street. Please don't block neighbor's driveway. Please make sure you bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for accidents during the sale. Last, we all want to have FUN!!!!!!
Note no purses, bag or backpack allowed in the house. Can bring your own clear bag or use one provided at the sale.
