We accept Cash, Venmo and Major Credit Cards with proper ID. There is a 2% Convenience Fee for using Venmo and a 3% Convenience Fee for using your credit card. (No personal checks please)

Please note: We are UNABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE regarding specific items at each estate sales such as PRICE, SIZE OR AVAILABILITY. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

All Sales are final. There are No Refunds and No Returns. Please understand and check your items before purchasing. We do not plug-in or start every item - it is your responsibility to check your items for breaks, cracks, etc.. Also, we are unable to research every item in the home, therefore we may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues on items being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing. Thank you!

Please bring your own bags, boxes and paper for carrying and wrapping.

THE HOME: Please plan to join us for a great sale at a beautiful home in The Village at Maplewood filled with many high quality items! Our client has traveled the world and you will find a variety of unique treasures in this home.The gate to the community will open at 7am. 

REGISTRATION: For the comfort and convenience of our shoppers, an online registration link will be available for Day 1of this sale beginning 24 hours in advance at Estatesales.net. This registration link opens at 8:00am EST on Wednesday, January 3rd. Click the registration link below to sign up for a number:

Upon registering, you will receive an entry number in the exact order that you registered. This allows you to proactively secure your place in line for the sale without having to arrive on-site hours in advance or stand in the cold for an extended period. Shoppers are kindly asked to line up in the order of their assigned numbers 15 minutes before the start of the sale.

PARKING NOTE: This neighborhood has a central Visitor’s Parking Area. Neighborhood HOA rules require that visitors park in the Visitor’s Lot - we kindly ask that you park there as space is very limited near the house. The sale is only a 3-minute walk from the Visitor’s Parking area. You will be able to pull your vehicle up to the house for loading upon checkout.  Thank you for observing this requirement.
