Terms & Conditions of Sale

All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, returns, or exchanges. Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items carefully prior to purchase. By purchasing an item, the buyer acknowledges satisfaction with the condition, quality, authenticity, age, and value of the item.

All sales are final.

Mount Aventine Estate Sales makes every effort to describe and present items accurately; however, descriptions, measurements, age, condition, provenance, and attribution are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for making their own determinations prior to purchase.

Purchased items must be removed during the designated pickup period unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary assistance, tools, packing materials, and transportation needed to safely remove their purchases. Mount Aventine Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for loading, moving, packing, or transporting purchased items.

Buyers assume all risk and responsibility while on the property and during the removal of purchased items. Mount Aventine Estate Sales, its representatives, employees, contractors, and the property owner shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, loss, theft, or personal harm occurring on or around the sale premises.

Mount Aventine Estate Sales reserves the right to limit entry, refuse service, remove any person from the premises, or withdraw items from the sale at its discretion.

By entering the sale premises and/or making a purchase, all guests and buyers agree to these terms and conditions.
