PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR PURCHASES. I cannot stress this enough! Some furniture pieces are heavy and we will not be able to help you. Also, the lighting is not ideal so you may want to bring your own flashlight. Please bring your own boxes and/or bags to pack your purchases as our supply will not be endless. We prefer cash, however local checks and debit/credit cards will be accepted. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks. We are not responsible for accidents!! Signs will be posted. If you break an item, you must buy it. We advise you to be careful and do not let your children run around and play with any of the items. Everything is sold "AS IS" and all sales are FINAL therefore you should test any items, if possible, prior to making your purchases. There will be a lot of smalls to see so take your time and enjoy yourself.

This is a living estate sale for Pat Hyde. Some may remember her from "Pat's Petals". She has lived in this home for 60+ years and has finally downsized. She is well known for her many years of catering/decorating and has a vast collection of table linens, catering dishes, and candleabras. She also has wonderful primitives and advertising items, as well as galvanized tubs, 4 brass beds, old steamer trunk made in Germany, beautiful armoires, children's desks, old Murphy Bed, cast iron cauldron with stand, miscellaneous cast iron, old metal pedal tractor, an outdoor building (16 x 20), collectibles and home decor, vintage furniture, vintage tools, old porcelain cook stoves, fainting couch, dining table/chairs, several plant stands, beautiful buffet, collection of rooster items, many purses, clothes- new with tags, lamps and more lamps, spinning wheels, antique organ, wooden ladders, and she also has an enormous collection of Christmas decor including approximately 10-15 Christmas trees!!

There will be Christmas items and other misc things upstairs however the stairs are narrow and dangerous so if you choose to go up there, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are giving you advance notice of this and signs will be posted. We are not responsible for ANY accidents.

There are many things to see and we discover more items as we are continually working & preparing for the sale. We look forward to seeing you !!
