Industrial Estate Sale

This is an industrial/construction warehouse sale for the Estate of Scott Greene.  Contractors / Industrial Designers will LOVE this sale!!  Men will love this sale!!  

You will want to bring a flashlight and gloves with you. Some areas of the warehouse are not as well lit as others and everything is dirty!

**NOTE** You will need to have your own help to carry and load your items.  We have 1 working forklift that can assist with getting large items to the door of the building ONLY and it will not travel on gravel, only the warehouse floor, so you will need to arrange to take it from there. PLEASE BE PREPARED!!

It is a warehouse that has small metal pieces, nails, etc. and LOTS of dirt/dust.  We are NOT responsible for accidents of ANY KIND nor is the Estate for whom we are conducting the sale.  If you must bring your children to the sale with you, YOU MUST hold on to them by hand or in your arms. YOU are responsible for your children.

PARKING INFO:

Parking inside the fenced yard of this warehouse is limited for loading and handicapped ONLY.  If you pull into the fenced yard, YOU are responsible for the safety of your tires and vehicle. A lot of items are heavy and trailers will be pulled into parking lot for loading and room must be available for someone to back in or turn around.  Therefore, parking will be available at the church parking lot next door on Friday/Saturday in their front lot on Huffaker Rd and Friday through Sunday in their back lot on Melody Lane which is directly behind the warehouse. Parking will also be available at the daycare (corner of Alpine Court and Huffaker Rd and directly across the street from the warehouse) on Saturday & Sunday. Side streets (Alpine Court, Melody Lane & Dude Street) may be available if there is room for you to pull off onto the shoulder but you MUST leave room for traffic and postal service to travel through.
