We are a licensed and insured estate sale company.
We will consider pre-selling certain items by appointment. If an item is pre-sold, it will be marked “sold” in the listing prior to the official sale.

We accept Cash, Venmo and Major Credit Cards with proper ID. There is a 2% Convenience Fee for using Venmo and a 3% Convenience Fee for using your credit card. (No personal checks please)

All Sales are final. There are No Refunds and No Returns. Please understand and check your items before purchasing. We do not plug-in or start every item - it is your responsibility to check your items for breaks, cracks, etc.. Also, we are unable to research every item in the home, therefore we may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues on items being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing. Please bring your own bags, boxes and paper for carrying and wrapping.
Please bring help to move your items. Our team members can not assist with heavy lifting and loading.
We are not liable for accidents that occur in the residence. Stealing will not be tolerated and authorities will be notified.
