Hi, thanks for viewing our sale. The following are some of our rules and regulations:

1. There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. It is your responsibility to make certain that what you are purchasing is exactly what you want and what it is. In other words, all sales are final - NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. We accept cash, credit, debit and digital forms of payment. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases.

3. We will not discuss pricing prior to the sale over the phone. Once the sale begins, we will give out prices and try to call people back. If you leave a voicemail, please be very specific about the sale location and the item in which you are referring. If you are texting or emailing us, please include a photo of the item so that we are responding to the exact item you’re inquiring about.

4. Please be prepared to provide your own labor. Our employees may not be available to help in moving, loading, and delivering items during the sale. We do have several companies we recommend that can help with moving and delivering your purchased items.

5. Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic. Please Do NOT park on any lawns.

6. We are not responsible for any injury you sustain while on the premises where the sale is being held.

7. No large shopping bags or purses will be allowed into the sale without prior inspection.

8. All children are to remain directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times. Children are NOT allowed to play with or handle items before they have been purchased. Parent is responsible for purchasing any items broken from their children.

9. Due to Coronavirus risk and other high risk illness’s and high-risk times up of year, we are asking that all attendees to our sales strongly consider wearing/bringing/providing their own protective clothing, face masks, hand sanitizer, etc. to help reduce any risk. We also enforce social distancing. We will additionally be taking our own measures at our sales to reduce the traffic flow during the sale to reduce any risk. We also will ask all those who are showing any signs associated with Coronavirus stay home quarantined. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please also consider calling our phone number (470-258-3110) ONCE THE SALE BEGINS to inquire more detail on specific items (please provide photo) of interest as you may purchase with a credit/debit card and pickup before the sale is completed. We can provide you our recommended moving companies if required. You may also purchase or place a bid on items during posted days and times of our sale by calling our phone number (once the sale begins).
