If you have questions that need to be answered right away, please text me. Otherwise, I will respond to your email as soon as I see it. Keep in mind, its very hard to answer emails while the sale is going on.

Just a few things to make the day run smoothly.......

Please keep your distance and keep 6 ft apart. If you feel ill, please stay home and purchase with credit card over the phone. Please bring a mask. We will have hand sanitizer at the door, please use it.
There is no restroom available. Please bring tools and help to disassemble and load furniture.

We accept Cash, Paypal, Vemno, Cashapp, and all Major Credit Cards (credit cards add 3%). NO checks!!!

PLEASE PARK ON ONE SIDE OF THE STREET AND ONLY PARK IN DRIVEWAY FOR LOADING ONLY.

Please leave your back packs and large bags at home or in car. We WON'T allow large bags unless they are empty to start and emptied when checking out. We encourage open boxes and clear bags.

This House is For Sale.

This estate belonged to a family who owned a number of businesses.  One being a local restaurant and adult daycare.  There are remnants from both businesses, including computers, printers, office supplies, and tools of the trade.

If you're interested in opening an Adult Daycare, there is a valuable information packet on getting started.  

Retail value is $400  (we'll give you a great deal on it)
