FACE MASKS or face coverings are REQUIRED to enter.
Please practice SOCIAL DISTANCING and keep a safe distance from other customers.

No bags ... please leave all big bags in the car!!!

Do Not Park on the Grass. Park on the side of the street of the house. Please DO NOT block the driveway or mailbox.

1. We accept Cash, credit/debit cards, cash app and PayPal -- Additional 3% CONVENIENCE FEE on all credit/debit card payments. Please NO checks!
2. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS". ...NO REFUNDS.
3. PLEASE BRING BAGS AND BOXES TO PACK YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS.
4. ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE BUYER BY THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE -- NO LATER.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc.
6. You MUST bring help to load large items. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD FURNITURE.
7. Please DO NOT call for pricing and we DO NOT presell.
8. We reserve the right to refuse sale of items to any customer at any time.
9. HOURS ARE 9AM- 5PM.
10. FACE MASKS is a MUST. ONCE INSIDE, STAY 6-FEET APART FROM OTHER SHOPPERS – Social Distancing.
11. HOMEOWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents that may arise.
12. By Georgia Law Sales Tax will be collected -- 7% (Required by the State of Georgia)
13. Security on site -- ***** Shoplifters WILL BE Prosecuted.
