Please be sure to bring materials to carry your purchases, bags etc., we tend to run out of materials.
For larger furniture, please bring help to pickup your items--we do try to have a third party delivery service (for a fee) available.
After the door opens on the first day, you may call us to purchase over the phone.
All sales are FINAL, purchased AS IS without warranty there will be NO REFUNDS after purchase--we do our best to describe our items.y
All items paid for and left at property at the close of the sale are subject to donation unless proper arrangements have been made for pick-up

Welcome everyone to our estate sale in Roswell on August 6th and 7th from 10am to 3pm daily, this is a two day Thursday and Friday sale. We have been asked to liquidate the personal property for the estate, as well as items from a professionally packed and large stored facility. We are in the process of bringing items from storage to the home--these items belonged to the family and were stored in 2019 after a move. We will be adding more photos as we set up for the sale. In addition we have a vintage barn out back full of treasures that are all for sale. There will be some great prices most pieces are in a mid-century modern style to traditional. Come and see us and remember to be there the first day--our prices and value are spot on target for our resellers, decorators, designers and great people who just like to shop! Come and see us, we can't wait to see you.
