TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. You must register in order to bid. To register you must have a valid Driver’s License showing your current address.
2. We will be disclosing anything we know about the items being sold; however, all items are being sold “As Is, Where Is” without guarantees or representations of any kind by WUDUBID.com Auctions and/or the consignors. Therefore, we urge you to come early to preview the items being auctioned.
3. Everything must be paid for on the day of the sale. We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or Personal Check. Information on the check must match Driver’s License or other picture I.D.
4. A 13% Buyer’s Premium (3% discount given for cash or check) will be added to your winning bid price and becomes your total amount due at checkout (plus tax, if any). The premium goes toward paying sale expenses.
5. You will be required to pay sales tax, unless you hold a valid tax resale number and have it on file with the cashier.
6. WUDUBID.com shall not be responsible for merchandise not taken on the day of the sale.

Join us for our FINAL auction at the Warehouse in Rutledge! All future auctions will be on-site estate and/or real estate auctions!
We are cleaning out the building! EVERYTHING MUST GO! You may preview the merchandise beginning at 3:30pm on Saturday, August 4th. The auction will begin at 5:00pm, and hopefully end by 10:30pm. If we still have merchandise left to offer, we will continue the auction as long as bidders are willing to stay!
We have a LARGE variety of merchandise, including but definitely not limited to: Display Cases (some lighted), Fold-Up Tables, Auction Chairs, Dollies, Roll Carts, Wood and Metal Shelving, Lighted Refrigerator (Cooler) LOTS of Furniture (Desks, Beds, Chest of Drawers, China Cabinets, Wardrobes, Small Cedar Chest, Trunks, End Tables, Chairs, Drop-Leaf Table, and MORE!) Tools, AMF Pool Table, Glassware, Limoges, Cloisonne, Books, the last of the Baltimore Antiques, and MUCH, MUCH MORE!! The Warehouse is FULL!
