Please queue up at the side door in the carport. Only four people can be allowed in at one time. Please bring cash or good check only. Small bills are appreciated. Remember to bring boxes and bags. You are responsible for any breakage on site. Please leave children and pets at home as we cannot supervise them on site. We cannot help to load items so please bring help. All items must be removed from the site when purchased or arrangements made for their pickup within a week of the sale. Thank you for your understanding!

This is the sale you have been waiting for!  It's time to downsize and simplify!  We will be liquidating a large amount of personal antique and vintage sterling and silverplate,  artwork (oil, pastel, watercolor, prints), china and crystal, and much more.  Please bring your good LOCAL check or cash only (small bills are greatly appreciated!)   

This sale is "first come, first served" and limited to a maximum of four people inside at one time with no exceptions.  Please respect those stipulations.
