Tanner Estate Sale

We have just gained access to this estate, home of long time residents of Gwinnett, and looking around the contents, it is obvious these fine folks enjoyed their life, and all the toys and goodies that go with it. We have added just a few quick photos, to give you a glimpse, but will certainly be adding many more over the next 3 weeks as we sort, unpack, and prepare for this great sale. There is period furnishings for 3+ bedrooms, Living room, family room, Kitchen, full dining room suite, plus outdoor patio as well. In addition we saw collectible glass, dinnerware, china, art, porcelains, many books, collectible cars, linens, much fine kitchen ware, tools, and several large yard and garden tractors, mowers, tillers, and so much more.

There is a large selection of sewing supplies, boxes and tins full of buttons, boxes of fabric, craft sewing kits for all kinds of needlework, , and much more. MANY old historical newspapers, some unusual ones. There are 100's of books, from religious to novels, cookbooks, health related and so much more. Small collection of camera's, selection of "Christmas houses" and MUCH other holiday décor. Large angel collection. Boxes and boxes of small kitchen appliances, cookware, pots and pans, and other.  You can see from the pictures the 2 outside buildings are those "treasure areas" we always love to look into, and these are full. There several riding mowers, roto tillers, lawn mowers, and other yard equipment, much of it for parts only, but lots of it, plus tools of every kind. Large Southern pottery crocks, outdoor furnishings and patio tables & chairs, several exercise machines and equipment. Blue & white dinnerware, other fine china, sterling silver serving pieces & flat wear, early antique Oriental chairs, fine porcelains, and so much more, as we are still unpacking and will be up until the day of the sale.

 Keep an eye on this one and put it on your calendar, as you won't want to miss it. It will be our usual 3 day estate sale with everything priced to sell, and then the last half of the last day, Saturday, will hold our usual auction to sell all remaining items, as the home must be emptied and ready to list on the market.
