WHEN BUYING LARGE ITEMS — make sure you let us know so we can place a hold on the item you wish to purchase that day. If you purchase an item and wish to pick it up later, you must pick up the item by the last day of the sale. All purchased items not picked up by the end of the estate sale will become the property of the homeowner.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of the home. We ask that you put things back if you decide not to purchase them. Please always keep KIDS with you. If you break an item, you must pay for it.

RESPECT ANY TAPED -OFF AREAS/OBJECTS: Certain areas will be designated by tape as OFF LIMITS. Do not violate the OFF- LIMIT areas. Sold items are indicated by signs or tape with SOLD on them. Those caught removing tape, or going into a taped off area, will be asked to leave

No back packs. All bags you bring must be empty and marked approved at the checkout area before entering the sale.
