Only park on one side of the road or where designated. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Please be considerate. The driveway is reserved for pick up only.

We are not responsible for any accidents or falls. Please be mindful and careful at all times.

We cannot help move or lift large furniture. Please bring your own blankets, ropes, straps and help to move your purchased items. All items must be picked up by 1:00 PM the last day of the sale.

This is living estate sale. Home has sold. Everything must go.

This is a really lovely home with beautiful grounds. Please no children at this sale. There are multiple steps and levels inside this home. The asphalt driveway is moss covered and slippery during damp condition. Please be aware at all times.

Pre-Sale Items for this sale are two sets of stairlifts. They can be used with all stair lengths. 101 Mobility will be glad to remove and reinstall the stairlift(s) in your home. The rated load for each chair is 300 lbs.
