This sale is CASH ONLY!!! A 10% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax will be collected!!! If you purchase a unit, you have 24 hours to get EVERYTHING out of the unit! The good, the bad and the ugly! If you leave anything on the property, you will be banned from all storage auctions conducted by Doan and Associates. There's a $100 deposit if you win a unit, if you buy more than one unit, the deposit drops to $50 per unit. You will get this money back once the unit is cleaned out completely!
