*Sorry, no presales. Pricing is not available beforehand and we are unable to provide pricing by phone or availability of an item.
*No early birds, please. Our sales days are from 9 AM to 4 PM.
*All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds will be granted. All items are to be considered used. It is your responsibility to check any item you intend to purchase.
*Sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless a resale certificate can be provided.
*We accept: Cash, ATM debit cards, MasterCard and Visa. When using credit cards additional fees will apply and you must have a photo ID. We do not accept personal checks.
*We have the right to refuse the sale of any item due to price sticker swapping, an item not having a price sticker or an item that may have been mispriced.
*We use security cameras for safety and security reasons.
*Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
*We are not responsible for accidents in or on the property. Please use caution in the residence and please be aware of your surroundings.
*You are responsible for the actions of your children. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by your child.
*We offer a holding table but we are not responsible for items removed from the hold table while you are shopping. We reserve the right to ask you to pay for items on the hold table as this is a commitment to buy items.
*We do not provide staff for moving and/or loading items that were purchased as our Worker's Compensation Policy does not allow it.
*Please bring your own tools/etc that will be needed to dismantle items you intend to purchase.
*All items if not removed at the time of purchase must be picked up by noon on the last day of the sale unless arranged with a staff member. You will need to furnish a copy of your sales receipt when picking up items.
*Please park only where designated. Please do not block driveways, mailboxes or fire hydrants. The driveway of the residence is for loading of items only.
*WE DO NOT HAVE PUBLIC RESTROOMS.
