1.Payment
We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and mobile payment (if available).
All sales are final – no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
2. Item Pickup
Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting all purchases.
Please bring your own help, tools, and equipment for heavy or bulky items.
Items must be picked up during posted sale hours unless prior arrangements are made.
3. Holding Policy
We cannot hold or reserve items without payment.
Paid items must be picked up within the agreed timeframe or may be resold without refund.
4. Condition of Items
All items are sold as-is, where-is.
No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied.
5. Safety & Liability
Please be cautious when moving through the property—Sell & Settle Co. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage.
Children must remain with an adult at all times.
6. Conduct
No large bags or backpacks inside the home (if applicable).
Respect the property, staff, and other buyers. Anyone behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave.
