Cash or check with proper ID,........ no credit or debit cards...Sales Tax will be collected.
Items must be removed during the sale dates if possible, but all MUST be removed by 7/14 if possible, but could arrange for pick up on Monday the 16th.
Please bring extra help for loading larger items. We always try to have boxes and packing papers, but always bring extra for your own packing if possible.
NOTE....This will be our regular 3 day sale, Thursday, July 12th, Friday, July 13th, and Saturday morning, July 14th, and then ending with our usual AUCTION, selling ALL remaining on Saturday, starting at NOON!!
Please note....under rules of the State of Georgia we will be collecting sales tax on all sales, UNLESS you have a valid Sales Tax Permit that you can provide for us....PLEASE NOTE, UNDER GEORGIA TAX CODE, WE WILL NOT BE COLLECTING SALES TAX ON ANY COIN OR CURRENCY SALES//....ALL other sales are subject to the applicable tax.
We have signed contracts on this beautiful home, and have just gained access to begin to sort and arrange, but wanted to give a "sneak preview" of some of the incredible finds as a lifetime of collecting is available to everyone. We will be adding many new photos and descriptions as we begin to set up, so keep an eye on this one.
House is filled with furniture, antique and newer, for every room...sofas, chairs, dining tables & chairs, chests, wall cabinets, hutch, curio's, two bedroom suites, (one iron bed), vintage oak secretary, old crocks, jugs, tins, primitive kitchenware, old trains & farm toys, old metal doll houses with furniture, many antique dolls with clothes, (Terri Lee, Jerri Lee, Vogue Ginny, Armand Marseille "Floradora", several vintage German, Snookum, and others), old paper dolls, much primitives & folk art, old churns, beautiful antique oak "ice box", pie safes, secretary, maple kitchen dining set with 6 chairs, old books, 12 Wallace #14 sterling silver goblets & other, ruby red glass, Royal Doulton "Cornet" china, several other's as well including Haviland, Noritake, Fostoria "Engagement" crystal, costume jewelry, linens, quilts, "large collection of kraut cutters, large selection of unusual cast iron tools, pulley's, & other, much old advertising tins, milk bottles, old books, and so much more to unpack and prepare.
As always we have the 2-1/2 days of sales, and then our regular Auction starting at NOON on Saturday, selling all remaining, no minimums, no reserves.
