We accept cash and major credit cards. Personal and company checks are accepted with proper identification. There is a $35.00 fee charged and collected for any checks returned for any reason.

All purchases are made AS IS WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEE, NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. All sales are final. You are at your own risk while on property & grounds. BIG BEND ESTATE SERVICES and the owners assume no liability for loss, injury or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly.
