On items over $50, you are welcome to make an offer. The offer does need to be at least 1/2 of the sticker price. This is not an auction. If we accept your offer you will be called. If you have the highest offer, you will need to pay and pick up your item by 9 am on last day of the sale. If you fail to do this, the item will move to the next highest offer.

Prices will not be discounted the 1st day!

ALL items have to go.

Debit & Credit cards, Venmo, cashapp & Cash are accepted.

NO BAGS are allowed to be brought into the house at the sale. We provide you with bags/boxes at check out.

Please bring trucks & help to load large items! Staff will not be able to help load.
