ONLINE REGISTRATION: Online bidding registration will be start Wednesday, May 28th.

INSPECTION: Friday, June 6th from 9am-3pm and morning of Bid Deadline starting at 8am.  Power is limited throughout the building.  It is STRONGLY recommended that all bidders inspect items PRIOR to bidding.  Do NOT rely on catalog pictures or discriptions alone.  Please bring a flashlight to inspect the many areas without lighting. 

TERMS: All items must be paid in full by end of auction with cashier's check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer.  Auctioneer will be on site Tuesday, June 10th until 6pm & Wednesday, June 11th at 8am to accept payments.  All payments must be received no later the 12 noon on June 11th. 

REMOVAL: Removal can take place on the 10th, just after the last lot of the auction has closed and full payment has been received.  Auctioneer will be on site for payment and removal on the 10th until 6pm.  Payment and removal will also take place Wednesday, June 11th from 8am-5pm.  For ONLY larger bulk lots, additional removal times will be made available by appointment.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYERS PREMIUM: All items at this auction will be sold with a ten (10%) percent buyer's premium fee added to the winning bid.

AUCTIONEER'S NOTE:  Purchasers are responsible for removal of items purchased.  Please be prepared to provide adequate tools and labor to remove purchased items.  Power is limited within the Mall.
