All items are sold as is, where is, without guarantee.
No Refunds, No Exchanges. We accept cash, credit cards, & personal checks (with a current valid driver's license). Credit Cards are subject to an additional 3% convenience fee. Please bring help if you purchase large items. All items are to be removed same day
Olde Mill Town Auction is not responsible for accidents on premises. Mind your step entering and exiting buildings. Always look for uneven ground in sales where you enter yards.
