We accept cash and major credit cards, we do not accept checks. Please bring help loading large items and materials to tie down. We are not responsible for damages items or accidents caused by improper loading. All sales are as is/where-is and final. No exchanges - No returns - No refunds. The Sale begins at 8:00am and access will not be allowed before this time. We do not do presales. The owner of the property is not responsible for accidents, damages or loss to your personal items.
