Payment: CASH is preferred, Major Credit Cards will be charged a 5 percent fee. Venmo, Zelle & Cash App will be accepted accepted. If you pay with a credit card you will be required to present identification that matches the name on the card.
Sales Tax: 7.5% will be added to all purchases.
Moving Large Items:
Please bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items. Our staff is limited and unable to assist with heavy lifting.
All merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless prior written arrangements have been made.
Important Notices:
All Sales Are Final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All Items Are Sold As Is with no guarantees or warranties implied.
We are not responsible for accidents on the property. You enter at your own risk.
Entry Guidelines:
No Sign-Up Sheet: Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
No Large Bags or Purses: For security reasons, large bags will not be permitted—no exceptions.
We provide bags and wrapping paper for your purchases. Please bring your own boxes. A courtesy wrapping station will be available when space allows.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No Pets !
Dealer Purchases:
Dealers may purchase tax-free with a valid Florida sales certificate.
