Estate sale in Villa Rica, GA selling furniture, glassware, and other personal property in home. Terms of the sale are cash or check with picture identification, denominations of $20 or less appreciated. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS. Large purses and bags must be left in your vehicle. All merchandise is sold "AS IS" with no expressed or written warranty or guarantee. Please inspect items prior to purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be given after items have been sold. Some items or areas will be designated as NOT FOR SALE or DO NOT ENTER, please be respectful of these signs. Paper and boxes will be provided for small items. Please bring assistance when loading/removing furniture and other large items, there WILL NOT be assistance at the sale. All merchandise must be removed by the close of the sale on Sunday January 19 unless other arrangements have been previously made or due to inclement weather. Please be respectful of the current homeowners by not damaging floors/walls when removing large items, you will be be responsible for damage. Parents, please keep small children with you at all times, there is a large amount of glassware and other breakable items and you will be responsible for breakage . There is ample parking in the circular drive, please pull in at an angle as to allow ease of access when pulling in and backing out. In case of excessive rain or muddy conditions, pull to either side of driveway allowing room for cars to drive between. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY!!
