LIVING ESTATE/MOVING AUCTION

This is an on-site living estate/moving auction. Picture identification and telephone number required for registration for the auction. This will start as an outside auction, some chairs will be available but you may want to bring your own. Once the downstairs/garage/outdoor items have been sold, we will do a walk through on the upper level of the home to sell the furniture. Please be respectful of the homeowners by not damaging walls or flooring when removing large furniture items. Boxes will be available for packing small items, please bring assistance with you to remove and load large furniture items, assistance WILL NOT be available at the auction. All items must be removed on the day of the auction unless inclement weather should occur and other arrangements are made. Terms of the sale are cash and check with picture identification only, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. A 10% buyer's premium will apply to all auction purchases. All items are sold AS IS with no verbal or written guarantee or warranty. Once an item is sold, it is the purchaser's responsibility to keep up with your purchases. In addition, once an item is sold, there are no refunds or exchanges. Parents with small children, please keep them with you at all times, you will be responsible for any damage or breakage. Soft drinks and water will be available for purchase for consumption outside, PLEASE NO FOOD OR DRINK INSIDE HOME. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY!!
