There will be a limited number of people that can enter the home at one time on a first-come first-serve basis. Numbers will be given out on Friday morning March 25th. We will begin outdoor shopping on Friday at 8:30. The main home will open at 9.
inspect your purchases before leaving the property. No refunds or exchanges. No early sales.
Prices will not be posted or given out before the sale. This lovely home is located on the banks of Lake Blackshear. Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times. We are not responsible for accidents. . Bring help to load heavy items. Sales tax will be collected on all purchases . Cash and checks with proper ID will be accepted. Debit and credit cards will also be accepted. All sales are final.
