Terms
On the first day, we will give out numbers at 7 AM. At 8 AM, we will allow people with numbers 1-10 inside the house, then about every 5-6 minutes, we let another 5 people in and this goes on until everyone waiting has entered. You may choose to enter house or go to workshop.
We accept cash, good check with proper ID and credit cards (3% added to purchase). Everything must go! Please bring your truck and brother-in-law to help load!! Everything must be moved by last day of sale.
Cornerstone is an estate liquidation business. We are required by state law to collect sales tax. If you are exempt, please bring a copy of your tax number and business license showing that you are a resell company.
Not responsible for accidents. Parking is plentiful on both sides of the street. Entrance will be through front door only.
