• Numbers given out at 7 am. Afterwards you will pick a number out of the box. You will enter in numerical order. You may leave and come back BEFORE 8 am. All of our sales begin at 8:00am and no early access will be granted.
• No prices are given out prior to the opening of the sale. We do NOT pre-sale items.
• Please don’t be afraid to make offers on high ticket items.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items are sold “AS IS!” TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT!
• No credits, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. No exceptions.
• Please do not remove tags from items! If the item is too big to bring up to the cashier table, please ask for assistance from a team member. You will then be provided with a sold tag.
• We are required to collect State & Local Sales Tax.
o Must have your Tax ID form to get your items tax free.
• Cash, Credit Card, & Debit Card. Sorry, NO CHECKS!
o 3% convenience fee will be added to card transactions
• Please NO PURSES, BAGS, OR STROLLERS! Children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES!
• Removal of items: Bring help and tools/supplies to move & transport large items! Items must be picked up one hour before the close of the last day of the sale. These arrangements must be made in advance.
• We are not responsible for damages or accidents caused by improper loading & transporting.
• Face masks are optional. Limited amount of people in home at one time. If you are sick, please do NOT attend the sale. We are not liable for any cross contamination. Hand sanitizer is available.
• Bathrooms are not available during the course of our sales.
• You are entering the sale knowing you may be recorded by security cameras.
