*Because this is an inside sale, we will limit amount of buyers in at any single time if need be.

*Everything will be marked. If an item does not have a price tag, it cannot be sold.

*Everything is sold AS IS. There are absolutely no warranties of any kind, nor returns. Electric items can be plugged in before purchase.

*Please bring your own help and equipment to load your purchase. We might have someone available that can help assist moving for a fee paid when you checkout. ***You can arrange to pick up items no later than 7pm on Friday or no later than 7pm Sat after sale. No furniture paid for is to be left after 7pm Sat or is subject to be resold without refund.

*No handbags, bags, carseats, strollers or oversized coats allowed AT ALL. Please leave in car. Only wallets are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will not be allowed in if you have a handbag, bag, carseat, stroller or oversized coat.

*Children must be fully attended to at all times. There is a strict you break, you buy rule.

*We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. Shop at your own risk.

*We prosecute shoplifters TO THE FULLEST EXTENT of the law. We will also have camera surveillance, along with several workers in each room.

*Cash ONLY on most items.
I will accept a debit card/credit card payment for most purchases over $200 by invoicing through Facebook Messenger.
*We will not have time to wrap your items, but will supply boxes and paper for you to wrap your purchases.
*Anyone caught removing or switching tags will be removed immediately from home.
