Moving: It is encouraged for customers to bring help to move large items, Paxem will not have extra help to move items outside. pick ups for large items will be 30 minutes before the opening of the second day or with in the last 30 minutes of the last day. Special pick ups can be arranged. Paxem Low Country Staff is not permitted to lift large furniture.
Previews & Pre-Sales: For the benefit of all our customers, we do not give any prices over the phone or allow previews of the home or pre-sales of the items before the estate sale begins. Once we get into the sale we may have buy it now items which would be priced with each picture.
Family Removal of Items: In rare circumstances the client, their family, or a legal representative withdraws advertised items before the sale opens please understand this is uncommon and beyond our control. Whenever possible we update the pictures and description to reflect the withdrawal.
Children: All Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No strollers please
Restrooms: Due to the nature of this being a private home, there are no public restrooms.
All Sales Final: Please check your items before getting to the cashier, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Parking: Please abide by all parking signs on the streets in our neighborhoods. Please park on the house side of the street unless otherwise directed by signage to insure that emergency vehicles can pass. Please insure you are not blocking a driveway, mail box, or garbage can if they are out. Parking in the driveway is prohibited, it is only for pick ups.
