The Sale will be THURSDAY, FRIDAY, and SUNDAY. Sale will be CLOSED on Saturday for Religious Reasons. CASH is PREFERRED. Estate prefers not to accept Checks. Credit Cards will be accepted with ID for charges over $40.00 per our customer. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON. YOU MUST BRING HELP and LOAD ALL of your own purchases. There will NOT be help at the sale to Load Purchases. FURNITURE can be picked up by Sunday December 10 or on Monday December 11 with pre-arrangements. SALE WILL BE VLOSED SATURDAY for Religious Reasons.  The Estate Sale is for the Late Husband.  The Wife is moving to a much smaller residence.  The home is a 40 year old Log Cabin so there is a mixture of newer and primitive.  There is a select mixture of newer and Antique Furniture, Bedroom Furniture,  Day Bed, one Trundle Day Bed, Outdoor furniture, one 6" by 10" cargo trailer, LOTS OF TOOLS, yard tools,. Lots of Antique Tools and old pottery used as decorations, and Stained Glass.    Don't hesitate to call for information but because of the urgency of the sale EVERYTHING will NOT be priced by the sale.  EVERYTHING MUST GO so reasonable offers will be Considered.  LOTS of Christmas decorations for sale.  Sale items and pictures will be Updated Each Day.
