1. We accept Cash, credit/debit cards, cash app and PayPal -- Additional 3% CONVENIENCE FEE on all credit/debit card payments. Please NO checks!
2. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS". ...NO REFUNDS.
3. PLEASE BRING BAGS AND BOXES TO PACK YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS.
4. ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE BUYER BY THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE -- NO LATER.

5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc.
6. You MUST bring help to load large items. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD FURNITURE.

9. HOURS ARE 9AM- 5PM.
